Description

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations for luxury residential projects
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
• Ensure high‑quality execution aligned with luxury residential standards
• Maintain project timelines, reporting, and safety requirements
• Partner closely with Project Management to drive successful delivery

Profile

• 3-5 years of Superintendent experience
• Strong background in luxury residential, including condo interiors
• Miami experience required (no relocation considered)
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-facing abilities

Job Offer

• $120,000 - $150,000 base salary
• 100% employer‑paid healthcare (dependents at additional cost)
• Year‑end discretionary bonus ~10% (potential for higher)
