The Asset Manager will oversee the management and optimization of a diverse multifamily property portfolio, ensuring financial performance and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of property management and asset optimization strategies.

Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance and value.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide regular reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure high standards of operation and tenant satisfaction.
  • Oversee leasing activities and work to maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth within the property portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to inform decision-making and enhance asset performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, tenants, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.

Profile

A successful Asset Manager should have:

  • Luxury, market rate, mixed-use and affordable housing residential experience is essential to this role.
  • A strong background in asset management and a willingness to learn, grow and looking for a forever home.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the property industry.
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools.
