We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team specializing in the property industry in Philadelphia. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the property industry.
- Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment methods.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and records accurately.
