Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and approve project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects of varying sizes and scopes.
