Description

  • Oversee and manage K-12 construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present detailed updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all phases.
  • Manage budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to deliver exceptional construction standards.

Profile

A successful Construction PM - K-12 should have:

  • Proven experience managing school construction projects from start to finish.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities for effective stakeholder management.
