Project Manager - Multifamily Projects in Maine
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget. Client Details

- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction ideally experience with multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
