Description
- Manage all aspects of data center construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality and timely execution of work.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Profile
- Experience delivering data center retrofit projects
- Background working for a general contractor on commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, or data center work
- Ability to manage full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong communication and leadership skills with comfort presenting to executives
- Thrives in a fast‑growth, high‑autonomy environment with minimal red tape
