Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the Project Management team across multiple luxury residential renovation projects in Manhattan. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and wants to grow into a full Project Manager role.
You'll assist with project documentation, subcontractor coordination, procurement, schedule tracking, and communication between field and office teams.

Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support Project Managers in day-to-day project oversight
- Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement
- Maintain project logs, documentation, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope details
- Track material deliveries and ensure timely site support
- Help maintain budgets, schedules, and progress reports
- Visit job sites regularly and support field teams with project needs
- Ensure quality, safety, and workflow alignment with project goals

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 1-4 years of construction experience (luxury or high-end residential a plus)
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, finishes, and high-end details
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to work closely with PMs, supers, and design teams
- Professionalism and a client-service mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
