Business Development Manager - Construction
The Business Development Manager - will focus on driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for a General Contractor. This role requires a motivated professional who excels in relationship-building and has a strong understanding of the sales process in the construction sector.

Our client is a General Contractor with over 35 years of experience building throughout Florida. They have a solid reputation for delivering quality results and are committed to fostering growth and innovation within their team.
Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property and construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close contracts to secure profitable business deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase the company's offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities.
