Description
- Lead all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
- Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades, with a focus on MEP systems
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, enforcing milestones and milestones
- Enforce all safety policies and OSHA standards, promoting a zero-incident culture
- Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for constructability and scope gaps
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ensure quality control standards are met across structural, architectural, and MEP scopes
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners' reps
- Maintain accurate field documentation including daily logs, reports, and schedules
- Lead field teams with professionalism, accountability, and mentorship
Profile
- 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
- Proven experience delivering light industrial, data center, or MEP‑heavy projects
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission‑critical systems
- Demonstrated leadership managing large subcontractor teams
- Advanced understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and safety compliance
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction documents
- Proficient with construction technologies and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on complex, high‑profile projects with tight schedules
