Description

Responsibilities:

• Support the Division Manager in overseeing residential construction operations across multiple communities
• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with internal teams including architecture, engineering, and sales to ensure project alignment
• Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to company standards and local building codes
• Help resolve field issues and maintain strong relationships with vendors, inspectors, and homeowners
• Contribute to strategic planning and division growth initiatives
• Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership on project status and division performance

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction or project management
• Strong understanding of home building processes, from site development to final walk through
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience managing multiple projects or communities simultaneously
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset
