Luxury Residential Builds - Assistant Division Manager

With a team of 70+ professionals, they offer a hands-on, collaborative environment where innovation and quality are top priorities.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the Division Manager in overseeing residential construction operations across multiple communities
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate with internal teams including architecture, engineering, and sales to ensure project alignment
- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to company standards and local building codes
- Help resolve field issues and maintain strong relationships with vendors, inspectors, and homeowners
- Contribute to strategic planning and division growth initiatives
- Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership on project status and division performance
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction or project management
- Strong understanding of home building processes, from site development to final walk through
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects or communities simultaneously
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset
