Client Details
My client is a well-respected and growing GC/CM focused on a variety of projects including Light Industrial, Heavy Industrial, Auto, Commercial, Office, and Healthcare. They have a reputation for excellent client satisfaction, resulting in huge amounts of work from repeat business alone. Due to their tremendous growth over the last few years, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a team-oriented attitude who can take on a leadership role with them day one.
Description
- Work with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision
- Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations
- Create the schedule for each project and match talent to the job
- Process change orders
- Collaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project
- Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction crew
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit project estimates to clients
Profile
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Significant work in Light Industrial or Heavy Industrial or Auto projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/ Civil Engineering or related area of study
- Business Development/Estimating experience is a huge plus
- Design/Build Experience preferred
- Successful track record of running projects $20M and up
- Strong Personal Drive to take on several challenges
Job Offer
