- Lead all onsite construction activities for ground-up commercial/mixed-use projects
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics in dense urban environments
- Drive schedule adherence, safety, and quality control initiatives
- Coordinate inspections, permitting authorities, and design teams
- Maintain daily reports, lookaheads, and project documentation
- Partner with the PM on budget awareness and cost control
Profile
- 7+ years Superintendent experience with ground-up commercial projects
- Strong Chicago urban construction experience preferred
- Proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam or similar tools
- Ability to manage multi-trade coordination and fast schedules
