Description

The Superintendent - Water/Wastewater will:

• Oversee daily construction activities for water and wastewater projects.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot project challenges and implement effective solutions.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Water/Wastewater should have:

• A strong background in construction
• Experience building in the water/wastewater space preferred but civil construction experience (heavy, sitework, infrastructure, etc) required
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
