Description

• Lead the pre-construction process for hospitality construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
• Review and analyze project documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them during the pre-construction phase.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members to foster a collaborative approach.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and key milestones.

Profile

A successful Precon Manager - Hospitality Construction should have:
