Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to assess project requirements and specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Review and update estimates to reflect changes in project scope or conditions.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with the budget and propose adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and cost-related documents.
• Provide support for bid proposals and participate in client meetings as required.
