Superintendent | Commercial TI | San Francisco
My client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial TI construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Client Details
My client is a mid-sized, rapidly growing Commercial TI General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interiors projects across the Bay Area. Backed by a robust backlog, repeat clients, and several large upcoming projects - including a recently awarded 150,000+ sq. ft. TI - they are expanding the team as they continue to scale.
Current annual revenue is approximately $65-75M, with projected growth to $100-150M by next year. They are hiring for long-term cultural fit and future leaders rather than tying roles to specific jobs.

Description
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders, including clients and team members.
- Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management on-site.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams to promote efficiency and teamwork.

Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in construction management within the property industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and adapt to changing project needs.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
