Quality Specialist
This role supports the full manufacturing lifecycle by conducting product testing, inspections, material verification, and process audits to ensure all products meet customer and regulatory requirements. It also assists engineering teams with lab work, new product and process development, equipment qualification, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Description
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train staff on quality control measures and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in a quality-focused technical role and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong metrology, GD&T, and CMM proficiency with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently, maintain accurate records, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills, with willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
