We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead full‑cycle delivery of commercial construction projects in New Brunswick, NJ. This role is ideal for a construction professional with deep GC experience who excels at driving quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Description

• Lead all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out with a focus on commercial interior projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor relationships, and quality control.
• Oversee on‑site construction activities in partnership with field staff and superintendents.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs, meeting minutes, cost reports, and risk management plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company processes.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• 15+ years of relevant General Contractor experience, with a strong track record managing commercial interiors projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions.
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and project financials.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with project management software, documentation systems, and digital collaboration tools.
• Proficiency specifically with Procore or Project Sight experience is a plus
• A relationship‑builder who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
