We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead full‑cycle delivery of commercial construction projects in New Brunswick, NJ. This role is ideal for a construction professional with deep GC experience who excels at driving quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Known for its collaborative culture and long‑standing client relationships, the firm specializes in commercial interiors, corporate office build‑outs, and fast‑track renovation projects ranging from mid‑size to large scale. Description
- Lead all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out with a focus on commercial interior projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor relationships, and quality control.
- Oversee on‑site construction activities in partnership with field staff and superintendents.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs, meeting minutes, cost reports, and risk management plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company processes.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 15+ years of relevant General Contractor experience, with a strong track record managing commercial interiors projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions.
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and project financials.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with project management software, documentation systems, and digital collaboration tools.
- Proficiency specifically with Procore or Project Sight experience is a plus
- A relationship‑builder who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
