Healthcare Construction PM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction to lead and manage high-profile projects in the Miami area. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven success delivering complex projects such as hospitals, medical office buildings, laboratories, and other institutional facilities.

Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare construction projects ranging from $10M-$100M+

• Manage multiple stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors

• Oversee all aspects of construction: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and safety compliance

• Conduct and lead project meetings (design, preconstruction, OAC, progress, and close-out)

• Review and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and drawings

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers, assistant PMs, and field staff

• Ensure full compliance with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) and other regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams on project planning and value engineering

• Track project performance metrics and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on time and within budget

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• 8-15+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years focused on healthcare construction

• Demonstrated experience with projects involving hospitals, labs, medical office buildings, and institutional facilities

• Deep understanding of healthcare-specific regulations, including AHCA, OSHPD, or similar

• Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar construction projects through all phases

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office

• OSHA 30, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
