Assistant Project Manager - Municipal Construction
The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing and supporting municipal construction projects from inception to completion. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating municipal construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and municipal representatives.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Support procurement processes by sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.
- Identify and resolve potential issues to maintain project efficiency and quality.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Municipal Construction should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
