Commercial Construction Superintendent

Looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee complex commercial projects. You'll be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Client Details

My client is a highly reputable self-performing general contractor in the Indianapolis area that focuses on the development of its employees, career growth, and leadership opportunities. This general contractor has a growing portfolio and is excited to bring on a few additional people to the team including a Commercial Construction Superintendent with at least 7 years of experience in ground-up construction.

Description

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project
• Create 3-week look ahead and manage schedules
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project
• QA/QC
• Participate in OAC meetings

Profile

• Ground up construction experience
• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Procore or experience with MS Project
• Experience running projects over $20M (required)
• Bachelors degree highly desirable
• Waster Water experience not required but a plus
• Scheduling experience

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from $110,000 - $140,000 based on experience
