Description
A leading litigation firm is seeking a highly organized, technically skilled, and adaptable professional to support attorneys and trial teams in a role that blends trial logistics, paralegal support, and executive-level administrative assistance. This position is critical for managing complex, high-stakes matters and requires strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Trial & Hearing Logistics:
- Coordinate all aspects of trial preparation, including scheduling, travel arrangements, hotel contracts, and onsite operational support.
- Negotiate vendor agreements and manage hotel blocks with attention to detail and cost control.
Onsite Support:
- Travel extensively to provide in-person support for trial teams nationwide.
- Manage setup for hearings and trials, including audio/visual equipment and vendor coordination.
Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist with trial technology tools.
- Utilize Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and command-line tools for data and document workflows.
Paralegal & Administrative Functions:
- Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents and exhibits.
- Maintain complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and perform executive assistant duties.
Proactive Problem-Solving:
- Anticipate attorney needs and identify solutions before issues arise.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism under tight timelines and shifting priorities.

Profile
A successful Litigation Support Coordinator should have:
- Bachelor's degree required; technical coursework (CS, engineering) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation support, trial coordination, paralegal work, or executive assistance in a law firm or similar environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong technical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot hardware/software independently.
- Experience with Windows command prompts and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Flexibility to travel extensively and work outside standard business hours during trial periods.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $125,000 USD annually.
- Opportunity to travel.
