Description

A leading litigation firm is seeking a highly organized, technically skilled, and adaptable professional to support attorneys and trial teams in a role that blends trial logistics, paralegal support, and executive-level administrative assistance. This position is critical for managing complex, high-stakes matters and requires strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

Trial & Hearing Logistics:

  • Coordinate all aspects of trial preparation, including scheduling, travel arrangements, hotel contracts, and onsite operational support.
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and manage hotel blocks with attention to detail and cost control.

Onsite Support:

  • Travel extensively to provide in-person support for trial teams nationwide.
  • Manage setup for hearings and trials, including audio/visual equipment and vendor coordination.

Technical Support:

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist with trial technology tools.
  • Utilize Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and command-line tools for data and document workflows.

Paralegal & Administrative Functions:

  • Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents and exhibits.
  • Maintain complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and perform executive assistant duties.

Proactive Problem-Solving:

  • Anticipate attorney needs and identify solutions before issues arise.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism under tight timelines and shifting priorities.

Profile

A successful Litigation Support Coordinator should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; technical coursework (CS, engineering) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation support, trial coordination, paralegal work, or executive assistance in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Strong technical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot hardware/software independently.
  • Experience with Windows command prompts and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and work outside standard business hours during trial periods.

Job Offer
