Construction Commercial Estimator - GC Experience
This Estimator role supports preconstruction efforts across complex commercial projects. You'll collaborate closely with a seasoned estimating team to deliver accurate, competitive bids from concept through GMP.

Description
* Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for labor and materials
* Support bids on projects valued at $5M+ across multiple sectors
* Partner with preconstruction and operations to compile estimates
* Contribute to conceptual and schematic-level estimates
* Review drawings, scopes, and vendor pricing for accuracy
Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
* 2+ years of construction estimating experience
* Background on projects valued at $5M+
* Strong takeoff and cost analysis skills
* Collaborative, detail-oriented working style
* Degree in construction or related field preferred
Job Offer
Salary range of $90,000-$120,000 base plus 10-15% bonus
