Project Engineer - St. Louis - Multifamily

This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the success of a thriving construction department within the General Contracting industry. As a PE, you will play a key role in managing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Description

• Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Review and analyze project drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Support procurement efforts by managing materials and vendor relationships.
• Monitor on-site progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful PE should have:

• A strong understanding of construction processes and principles.
• 1-3 years of commercial construction experience
• Construction related degree preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
