Description

• Provide legal counsel and representation on copyright-related matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other dispute resolution forums.
• Ensure compliance with applicable copyright laws and regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive legal advice.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the state of California.
• Solid understanding and experience in copyright law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
