Associate, Copyright Litigation
This role focuses on high‑stakes copyright litigation and counseling at the intersection of technology, media, and digital innovation. The associate will advise and litigate for clients ranging from startups to global technology leaders, including matters involving generative AI.

Description
- Provide legal counsel and representation on copyright-related matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other dispute resolution forums.
- Ensure compliance with applicable copyright laws and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive legal advice.
- Stay updated on changes in copyright law and industry trends.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in the state of California.
- Solid understanding and experience in copyright law.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
