Description
- Lead full project lifecycle on K‑12, municipal, and public‑sector construction projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, contract compliance, and financial forecasting
- Oversee subcontractor performance, trade coordination, procurement, and buyout
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and production
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, owner representatives, district officials, and city staff
- Manage phased construction and minimize disruptions in occupied environments
- Lead OAC meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Drive documentation accuracy: RFIs, submittals, changes, reports, logs, and closeout
- Champion safety culture and ensure adherence to public‑sector requirements
- Mentor Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and other project staff
- Support preconstruction during early design, estimating, and feasibility phases
Profile
