- Lead all onsite construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality control.
- Direct subcontractors, trades, and field staff to maintain efficient and coordinated site operations.
- Work closely with inspectors, building departments, and municipal representatives.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with the project manager to monitor progress and forecast milestones.
- Hold routine progress meetings with trades and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain job flow and prevent delays.
- Uphold safety standards and enforce company safety procedures on all activities.
Profile
- 7+ years of superintendent experience on municipal, governmental, or public-sector projects.
- Proven experience running field operations on large-scale, multimillion-dollar jobs.
- Strong understanding of building systems, civil work, and municipal compliance requirements.
- Effective communicator comfortable working with government officials and inspectors.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
- Valid driver's license.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary: $110,000-$135,000
