Project Manager (Healthcare)
Lead a $40M healthcare project for a well established General Contractor. Oversee operations from beginning to end while maintaining effective client relations and ensuring completion within time and budget conditions.

This regional GC is deeply rooted in Florida's construction market, delivering projects in healthcare, multifamily, and institutional sectors. They are known for their repeat client base, strong culture of leadership, and ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.
Description
- Take full ownership of a $40M healthcare project from start to finish.
- Manage schedule, budget, subcontractors, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and local codes.
Profile
- 5-10+ years of Project Management experience with healthcare construction.
- Experience with interior conversions, ERs, or clinical facilities strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
