Project Manager (Healthcare)

Lead a $40M healthcare project for a well established General Contractor. Oversee operations from beginning to end while maintaining effective client relations and ensuring completion within time and budget conditions.

Description

• Take full ownership of a $40M healthcare project from start to finish.
• Manage schedule, budget, subcontractors, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and local codes.

Profile

• 5-10+ years of Project Management experience with healthcare construction.
• Experience with interior conversions, ERs, or clinical facilities strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
