AVP, Internal Audit (German Speaking)

The AVP, Internal Audit will play a key role in overseeing internal audit processes, ensuring compliance, and identifying areas for process improvement within the Accounting & Finance department. This role requires a strong understanding of audit principles and the ability to work collaboratively within the business services industry.

Description

• Lead and execute internal audit projects to evaluate financial controls and compliance.
• Develop and implement audit programs to assess operational efficiency and risk management.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support to junior audit team members.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal audit methodologies and tools.

Profile

A successful AVP, Internal Audit should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit principles, standards, and practices.
• Experience in the business services industry or similar sectors is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in auditing software and tools.
