Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will oversee and optimize all maintenance operations within the Engineering & Manufacturing department to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment and facilities. Description

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure operational efficiency within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to maintenance and safety.
• Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support production goals.
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure timely response to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruptions to retail operations.
