Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Multifamily 300+ Units

The Construction Multifamily Superintendent will oversee all on-site operations for a 300+ Unit luxury ground up wood frame multifamily construction project ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role is integral in coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors while managing the day-to-day progress of projects from inception to completion.

Description

The Lead Superintendent - Ground up Multifamily (300+Units) - will:

• Oversee daily operations on multifamily construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, providing leadership and direction to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each phase of construction.
• Monitor project budgets and assist in cost tracking and forecasting.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, client, and subcontractors.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise and make decisions to keep the project moving forward.
• Provide detailed reports on progress, potential risks, and delays to senior management.

Profile

The Lead Superintendent - Ground up Multifamily (300+Units) should have:

• 10+ years of Lead Multifamily construction superintendent experience

• Must have experience building ground up wood frame multifamily projects of at least $50M

• OSHA certification preferred

• Demonstrated success leading projects and managing a large team

Must have at least 2.5 years spent at each job listed on resume to be considered
