Sr Buyer / Planner
Manages the planning, procurement, and expediting of materials, equipment, and services for key assignments, often involving high-priority or critical items. This role is also accountable for maintaining essential purchasing and planning data within the ERP system.

Description
Actively participates in supplier selection and evaluation processes, identifying new potential sources and conducting regular performance reviews, including on-time delivery reporting.
Assesses supplier performance to ensure contract compliance and leads improvement initiatives as needed.
Monitors and ensures the uninterrupted supply of materials and goods, proactively addressing any issues that could impact operations.
Identifies cost-saving opportunities through research and strategic sourcing.
Promotes continuous improvement across supplier performance and internal procurement practices, while maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery, performance, and MRP system accuracy.
Profile
A successful candidates is a strategic and results-driven supply chain professional with a strong background in supplier management, procurement, and MRP/ERP systems
