Description

• Manage daily operations at construction sites, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to meet project timelines.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop efficient construction plans.

Profile

A successful Civil Superintendent should have:

• Proven expertise in the property and construction industry, particularly in managing Civil construction projects
• Experience with sitework, grading, underground utilities, heavy highway, and bridge experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
