We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the construction of ultra-luxury custom homes in Palm Beach County, with values starting at $15 million. Description

• Oversee full-cycle project management from pre-construction to completion.

• Coordinate all trades, vendors, consultants, and site activities.

• Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of custom design details.

• Communicate regularly with ownership and clients with professionalism and discretion.

• Lead site meetings, safety protocols, and permitting compliance.

• Resolve issues promptly while maintaining schedule and quality benchmarks.

Profile

• Has 7+ years of experience managing luxury residential projects valued at $15M+.

• Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Deeply understands ultra-custom construction, South Florida codes, and finishes.

• Is tech-savvy with tools like Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project.

• Is solution-oriented, detail-obsessed, and thrives in high-pressure, client-facing environments.

• Possesses a strong local network of subcontractors and vendors in Palm Beach County.
