Description

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination across multiple commercial projects
• Handle submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and other documentation critical to project execution
• Assist with managing subcontractors and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery
• Help maintain project schedules and budgets while learning the ins and outs of full-cycle project management
• Be stationed on-site or in the office depending on project needs, providing hands-on support to the field team
• Contribute to project planning and problem-solving while growing into a leadership role
• Collaborate with a close-knit team in a fast-growing, design-build environment

Profile

A successful Project Engineer:

• A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of construction experience, preferably with commercial projects.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
