Construction Superintendent - Commercial Ground Up
This role leads self-perform commercial projects from early site works through close-out. You'll be the on-site authority, trusted by clients and subcontractors alike.

Description
* Lead day-to-day field operations on SPG commercial projects
* Manage site works, utilities, safety, and quality from the ground up
* Direct subcontractors and hold teams accountable to schedule
* Act as a professional, client-facing site leader
* Support multiple regional projects as workload requires
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
* 5+ years' experience as a superintendent with a GC
* Strong background in site works and utilities
* Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills
* Stable work history with clear reasons for career moves
* Tech-comfortable and confident in client-facing settings
Job Offer
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base, depending on experience
* 2-3 weeks PTO, 401(k), and comprehensive healthcare plans
* Vehicle allowance or company truck, plus potential gas card
