Description
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication and coordination.
- Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly to stay on track.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to guide construction activities.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure all work meets client expectations and company standards for quality and craftsmanship.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding project progress.
