Lead Superintendent - Greensboro, NC
A growing GC is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee a major ground‑up K‑12 school project in Greensboro. This is a key leadership role for an experienced superintendent with strong CMaR public project expertise and the ability to run a large, complex project independently. The ideal candidate thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment and wants to help build a growing regional operation.

Description
- Lead the field operations of a $60M ground‑up K‑12 project in Greensboro
- Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, inspections, and sequencing
- Maintain safety, quality control, and schedule performance
- Coordinate closely with the PM team, PX, and VP
- Use ProjectSite (similar to Procore) for documentation and reporting
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and client communication
Profile
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- 10+ years of superintendent experience
- CMaR experience on public projects is required
- Strong technical and technology skills (ProjectSite environment)
- Stable background; no jumpy resumes
- Preference for Top ENR backgrounds (consistent with leadership)
- Cannot recruit from McFarland
- Must embrace a growing‑office, all‑hands‑on‑deck culture
