We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in the property industry to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. This role is based in Pittsburgh and offers an excellent opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality projects.

Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:
