Travelling Superintendent

We're seeking an experienced Travelling Superintendent to manage on-site operations for commercial construction projects across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in coordinating field teams, ensuring safety, and delivering projects on time while traveling to different job sites.

Description

• Oversee all on-site activities for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel across multiple job sites.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers and stakeholders while traveling between locations.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with project management software (preferred).
