Superintendent- Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial and public sector construction projects throughout South Florida. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to ensure schedule and quality compliance
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite in accordance with OSHA and public sector requirements
Coordinate inspections, inspections documentation, and compliance with municipal and government agencies
Work closely with Project Managers to track schedules, resolve field issues, and maintain project budgets
Maintain accurate daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates
Profile
5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
Proven background working on public sector or municipal projects (schools, government buildings, infrastructure, etc.)
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and public bid documents
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA certification preferred; familiarity with government compliance processes is a strong plus
