Legal Counsel - Employment and Commercial
We are seeking an Employment and Commercial Counsel to join the legal team of a fast growing SaaS company in New York. This role involves managing key employment matters across the Americas (U.S. and LATAM) and supporting the company on various commercial matters.

Description
- Provide strategic legal advice on employment-related matters across the Americas region.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Support HR teams with compliance and regulatory matters.
- Manage employment disputes, investigations, and litigation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices.
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and workplace policies.
- Conduct training sessions for management and HR teams on employment law updates.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and industry regulations.

Profile
A successful Employment Counsel should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
- Expertise in employment law, particularly in the U.S. and LATAM regions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
- Ability to provide practical and business-oriented legal solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
