Senior Billing Coordinator
The Senior Billing Coordinator will oversee and manage billing processes within the finance department of a large law firm. This role requires expertise in billing operations and the ability to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all billing activities.

Description
- Prepare, review, and manage client invoices in compliance with company and client guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy in billing data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal department staff to address billing inquiries and adjustments.
- Maintain and update billing records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline billing operations.
- Monitor client accounts and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
- Provide regular reports on billing activities and account statuses to management.
- Stay updated on industry standards and compliance regulations related to legal billing.
Profile
A successful Senior Billing Coordinator should have:
- Strong knowledge of billing practices and procedures, especially within the finance department of a law firm.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy.
- Proficiency in using billing software and financial management systems.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
