Construction Project Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Engineer to join our team in the Jupiter/Hobe Sound area. This position is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly those coming from a luxury custom home background and looking to grow into multifamily, high-end commercial, or medical construction projects.

Description
Key Responsibilities
Support project managers in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
Review and manage construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment
Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety regulations
Participate in on-site inspections, quality control, and reporting
Maintain project documentation and contribute to progress meetings
Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
2-3 years of construction experience, ideally transitioning from luxury custom homes
Familiarity with multifamily, high-end commercial, or medical construction preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD)
