Description

• Develop accurate cost estimates for ground-up and interior projects across retail, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure estimates align with project objectives.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and requirements to assess materials, labor, and timeframes.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
• Continuously review project progress, making necessary adjustments to estimates to reflect real-time changes.

Profile

• At least 5 years of estimating experience, ideally within commercial or healthcare construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
