This construction company is a mid-sized Oklahoma construction company that has been specializing in ground up and renovation commercial projects for over 20 years. This company specializes in commercial projects including but not limited to K-12, Light Industrial, Education, Healthcare, and Municipal.

Description

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, efficiently.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects effectively.
• Successful experience completing projects over $5M+ in value
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
