FP&A Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis within a top global law firm. This role involves providing strategic insights and financial expertise to drive business decisions.

Description
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the legal department to create accurate forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies for the organization.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- A strong background in financial analysis and planning, preferably in a large law firm.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
