We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects in the Greenville market. Description
The Project Manager - Industrial & Commercial Projects - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning through completion.
- Lead project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor buyout.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, reporting, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
- Support project teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Profile
The Project Manager - Industrial & Commercial Projects - Greenville should have:
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Proven ability to lead ground-up and/or renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost management.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore or similar preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
