Senior Project Manager- Luxury Apartments
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury high-rise apartment projects in Miami, with a particular focus on towers exceeding 30 stories. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule are consistently met.

Description
Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale luxury high-rise apartment projects (30+ stories) from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and owners to ensure alignment on design and delivery expectations.
Drive site teams to meet milestones while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Manage project financials, including change orders, pay applications, and cost controls.
Mentor and develop junior project management staff to ensure future leadership growth.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management with a strong track record delivering high-rise luxury residential towers in urban markets. They must demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of construction methodologies for large vertical projects. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and proven success managing projects in excess of $100M will set the candidate apart.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $150,000 - $170,000, commensurate with experience.
